Shipping is completely safe. We contract through Jewelers Mutual to ship via UPS. All shipments are insured just in case anything goes wrong.

We work directly with a licensed gemologist, who will vet the piece of jewelry you purchased before it ships to you. You’ll get confirmation that your ring is exactly what you wanted! In the rare instance that the specs do not match the original listing, the sale will be canceled immediately and we’ll notify you.
It depends! We recommend checking back every few weeks to see newly listed rings.
